Article 2 - Subject matter of the contract The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 Consumer Protection and the Implementing Regulations on the Principles and Procedures of Remote Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of goods / services ordered  by the buyer electronically from  the  seller's ShamExpress.com  website, and have the qualifications mentioned in the contract and whose selling price is specified in the contract. The buyer accepts and declares that he/she is aware of the basic characteristics of the goods/services subject to sale , the selling price, payment method, delivery terms, etc., and all preliminary information about the goods/services subject to sale and the right of "withdrawal", confirms this preliminary information electronically and then requests the goods/services in accordance with the provisions of this contract, the preliminary information and invoice on the payment page of the ShamExpress.com website  are an integral part of this contract.

Article 3 - Date of the contract These two copies of the work signed in advance are sent by the seller and by the buyer of the contract .... It is signed and accepted on the date and a copy will be sent to the recipient's email address.

Article 5 - delivery costs and delivery costs of performance belong to the buyer. ARTICLE 8 - SELLER'S DECLARATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS The seller is responsible for delivering the goods/services subject to the contract intact and complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any. If the goods/services subject to the contract are to be delivered to a person/organization other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery. The seller returns the cost of the goods/services and negotiable documents, if any, within 10 (ten) Days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. Goods/services are returned within 20 (twenty) days. With justified reasons, the seller can provide the buyer with the same quality and price before the expiration of the performance period in the contract. If the seller believes that the dispatch of goods / services has become impossible, he notifies the buyer before the expiration of the contract performance period. The price paid and documents, if any, are returned within 10 (ten) days. Defective or defective goods/services of goods / services sold with or without warranty certificate can be sent to the seller to make the necessary repairs within the terms of the warranty, in which case the seller bears the delivery costs.

Article 10 - Cash price of goods or services: The cash price of goods/services is available in the form of the invoice sent to the email at the end of the order and the invoice sent to the customer with the product.

Article 11 - Forward Price: The selling price of goods/services according to maturity is available in the content of the invoice sent to the customer with the invoice form sent to the customer at the end of the order and the product.

Article 12 - The interest should not exceed the interest rate determined by the Government of the Republic of Turkey every year and in any case not more than 30%. The buyer is responsible to the bank where he works.

Article 13 - Down Payment Amount: The amount of the first payment for goods / services is available in the invoice form sent to the email at the end of the order and the invoice sent to the customer with the product.

ARTICLE 14 - PAYMENT PLAN If the buyer makes a purchase by credit card and in installments, the installment form selected from the site is valid. In installment transactions, the relevant provisions of the contract signed between the buyer and the cardholder's bank are valid. The date of payment by credit card is determined in accordance with the terms of the contract between the bank and the buyer. The buyer can also track the number of installments and payments from the account statement sent by the bank.

Article 15 - Right of withdrawal The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract to himself or to the person/organization at the indicated address. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller's customer service must be notified by email or telephone within the same period and the goods/service must be transported within the framework of the provisions of Article 15 and under the provisions of Article 15 which form an integral part of this contract must not have They were used according to preliminary information published on the www.ShamExpress.com website   In the  event that this right is exercised, it is necessary to return the original invoice of the goods/services provided to the third party or the buyer. Article 17 - Default and legal consequences In the event that the buyer defaults on transactions made using his credit card, he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement concluded by the cardholder's bank with him and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the bank in question may take legal action; it may demand costs and attorney's fees incurred by the buyer, and in any case, if the buyer defaults due to the debt, the buyer agrees to pay the loss and damage of the seller due to the delay in performance of the debt.

Article 18 - the competent court in disputes that may arise from this contract, consumer arbitration commissions up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, consumer courts on the specified value; In places where they cannot be found, civil courts of first instance are authorized.
